Terms :
Between "The Subscriber" and Cablewatch Ltd. "The Provider":
Cablewatch Ltd agree to provide the selected services as outlined on their website
www.Cablewatch.tv as the basis of this contract. The agreement as signed by the customer will take precedence over any prior agreements. This agreement can be changed at any time by a written notice to the subscriber.
The subscriber will be notified of any increases of subscription and retains the right to terminate the service only when having notified the provider in writing of termination. The "Provider" reserves the right to change Channels in Line Ups & Packages offered.
The equipment installed by the provider at the subscriber's premises will always remain the property of Cablewatch Ltd. and the subscriber will allow reasonable access to maintain and audit this equipment.
The Subscriber agrees :
- To pay the subscription when due with or without a demand from Cablewatch Ltd.
- Not to damage, remove or tamper with in any way the equipment installed for the purposes of provision of service to the subscriber or community.
- To allow Cablewatch Ltd access to the premises for the reason of maintaining, auditing or repossessing of any equipment installed.
- Not take part in any act that is an infringement of copyright or record or re- broadcast the service provided.
- That termination of the contract will not affect the rights of Cablewatch Ltd to pursue damages or monies due.
- To be liable for any goods/equipment installed at the premises for the provision of the operators service.
- To accept email correspondence, Web updates or Text overlays on channels as confirmed written notification.
Cablewatch Ltd will not be held liable for breach of service or contract beyond our reasonable control including any third party actions or failures to supply essential services, or acts of God, industrial disputes, or natural disasters.
Subscriber will be disconnected from service in the following circumstances :
- If the subscriber is in arrears of payments due to the provider.
- If the provider discovers a breach of contract or agreements as outlined above.
- If it becomes impossible or impractical to continue service provision then the service will be disconnected and any monies paid in advance will be refunded to the subscriber.
